Amanda Musco Eklund is a lecturer in EU Law, Constitutional Law, Human Rights, ECtHR litigation, Public International Law and Migration Law, and a doctoral student specialized in EU external border control and the Rule of Law. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law and Human Rights Law. She has working experience from public interest litigation and the Supreme Court of Sweden. She originally comes from a professional maritime background, and has worked extensively in that capacity with various civil society organisations, most recently as a Search and Rescue (SAR) boat driver in the Mediterranean with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). She currently provides legal consulting on CJEU litigation. At front-LEX she is part of the Legal Department.
